The three words about GLOBAL WARMING and the associated weather events, to be remembered, are INCREASED FREQUENCY and INTENSITY of storms, droughts and floods, as well as the many, many other serious events. We are now 415 ppm of carbon in the atmosphere, the highest level since Four Million Years Ago. The tipping point or point of no return was 350 ppm. Latest update on the Arctic Sea Ice is that it may have disappeared as early as September 2015.

The Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research,Director Jaochim Schellnuber, recently said. “WE are headed for 4 degrees warming.” and “What`s the difference between 2 degrees and 4 degrees warming? Human civilization.” The earth’s temperature has now increased 1.1 degrees Celsius. And as forewarned,methane vents, which are 6 times more of a greenhouse gas than carbon, are now opening in the Ocean floor in the Arctic, Siberia, East Coast of USA and other areas The Carbon Institute says we have to leave 80% of the carbon in the ground.
Top US climate scientist with NASA, James Hansen says “The world is on the wrong track thinking that two degrees of warming is safe.”
15/03/2019 The scientist have now stated that we have a 5% chance of holding warming at 2 degrees Celsius.
We seem to be more interested in having than being.
And we are looking at only a few short decades, 2040-2050, not eight or nine decades until this happens. All warnings from IPCC [Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change] and others were originally set for 2100 and have, over the past few years, been moved downward to 2050. And the temperatures have been increased upwards.
UPDATE 12/08/2021 We are now very close to 1.5 degrees Celsius. See at bottom of page IPPC`s latest warning. This latest RED warning gives us only 8 years to completely change our behavior before the weather will be beyond humanities ability to have any control over it.
From my readings food supply will be humanities biggest problem due to catastrophic weather events. Events that could have been avoided if we spent the money on saving the environment rather than having spent it on war machines.
Two thirds of the warming since 1880,our first records and now, has happened since 1975. AND as of 1970 to 2018 we have lost more than half the worlds vertebrates. See chart below.
AND governments want to cure the problems with the very thing that caused them.

AND I was threatened on numerous occasions while singing my song, “SOMETHING IS WRONG”, to “shut up or someone will do you” by plainclothes Police then one night they did. And a few years later an arson attack on me in my home as well as the 10 assaults from my mentally ill neighbour put next to me for this propose (see menu above arson attack and assaults)
This is why I’m still fighting the cover up.
We can’t have a sustainable footprint if we keep adding more feet. Anthropocentric Global Warming means human induced. In other words OVERPOPULATION IS THE CAUSE OF CLIMATE CHANGE. and ecological overshoot is the cause of all of these problems. We are using 1.7 earths out of this 1 Planet to supply our needs.
Update ( 23-01-2018) Australian population now 24.8 million. Updated August 2018, we are now 25 million. 29/03/2020 25.5 million. 01/01/2021is now 25.6 Million. 1/03/2021: 25,753,593. And this year of covid 19 has been a slow year.

The world population is growing at a linear rate of 1.1% per year since 1970 of 70 to 80 million people a year making the world population now 7.5 7.6–7.7 7.8 Billion, as of 2020. 2021= 7,851,479,500. We add 1 billion more people every [ approximately 12 years] 2022 = 7,931,875,700. [ This last billion has only taken 11 years ]
5/10/2022 The World population is expected to roll over this November, 15th 2022 to 8 Billion. which has happened.
In Australia we are growing at approximately 1.6% a year or 400,000 people a year. Our population growth comes from 40% births over deaths and 60% are immigration That is just over 1 million every 3 years. We are populating at .7% faster than the world rate. [ Latest ABS figures for 2015 show a slight decline to 1.3%] But now in 2018 the growth rate is back up to 1.6% per year. This still makes Australian population growth among the highest in the developed world. And the reason is extremely large numbers of migrant intake each year.
A recent survey shows that 70 % of Australian DO NOT WANT a BIG AUSTRALIA. (TAPRI ) The Australian Population Research Institute.
Projections are that the world population will go from 9.5 billion to 1 billion, due to myriad factors. The causes of this decline will be imminent environmental collapse leading to collapse of civilization.
In short and simplistic terms we as a species have to incorporate into our behaviour, reducing overpopulation and pro-growth economics by 2028 This is the RED Warning from IPPC. ( link near bottom of this page. )
You do the maths. We are adding 1 billion new people [approximately every 12 years] Unchecked !
UPDATE: 10-08-2018 Australia has of this date reached 25 million people. 20 years earlier than predicted in the first ` Intergenerational Report released by Peter Costello in 2002.
The first and simplest way to stabilise the world population is to give women the right of controlling their own fertility. And I say in every conceivable way contraception, abortion, in any and all ways. It`s a matter for the woman and her doctor no one else. And the 3rd world economies have to change their attitudes to the freedom of women to choose and not be controlled by outdated thinking of religion and male domination of women. And what can men do to help, get a vasectomy dummy.
In western societies where women have a better control of their fertility the population stabilises.

I do not use the term “Climate Change” because the climate is not going to have time to change due to the accelerated speed of Global Warming.

It was the Bush administration that would only use the term climate change and not Global Warming because they thought it less provocative. So thanks you numb nuts in Washington.
Why do we have growth?
Because of high immigration. Why do we need high immigration? To enable growth. Government argument is circular.

The below chart shows the rate of human growth and species extinction and ecologist are saying that species extinction may even be more threatening to humanity than global warming. Now over 50 billion and if we lose the bee’s our wonderful pollinators we`re screwed.
