9th Assault

31-03-2013 My psychotic neighbor punched me in the face as I was going out of my front door. Constable Grant Kennedy of the Capalaba Police didn’t even bother to get an Occurrence Number for this assault. Again no witnesses or CCTV and the cop takes Craig’s denial of the assault over mine and does nothing once again.

30-01-2013 ELDER ABUSE BY QUEENSLAND POLICE AND QUEENSLAND HOUSING.

“ELDER ABUSE IS ANY ACT WITHIN A RELATIONSHIP OF TRUST WHICH RESULTS IN HARM TO AN OLDER PERSON.”

I GUESS THIS SHOWS THERE IS NO TRUST BETWEEN THE STATE AND THE ELDERLY. I’LL BE 77 THIS YEAR.

ON AND ON IT GOES.

These letters show Queensland Housings complicity in this matter. These two letters show how corrupt Queensland Housing is linked to the corrupt Police and Labor Party and its all being covered up. This letter from the corrupt area manager shows the collusion between Queensland Housing and the Police. Where are her allegations from the Police that I had done something wrong? Just more lies. Its now 2 years later since Craig was moved out of this building and its been nothing but peaceful. No bashings, no Police knocking on my door with any claims of impropriety as alluded to by the lying area manager of Queensland Housing.

If I am the problem as these letters from Queensland Housing suggest. Why has Craig been arrested and moved from this address, after the 10th assault, and why have just a few of these matters been moved from the Cleveland Court and placed in the Wynnum Court? and of 28/05/2014 moved to the Brisbane Magistrates Court for mention. One of these matters had been up for mention 16 times. For a man with a 30 mm or 1 inch thick stack of past criminal history Craig Young was getting a lot of help.

THIS REALLY SMELLS OF CORRUPTION.

The rest left behind a stone wall of “a perversion of justice.” These cops say there is not enough evidence to prosecute. As a result of this I’m assaulted again and again and again for more than 10 assaults.

This compliant was never acted on. Craig Young was not charged with this crime.

Yet Queensland Housing Area Manager blames me for all the problems This is truly disgusting maladministration by a government employee and proves beyond a doubt the Labour Government is corrupt.

 

The Area manager was moved from Capalaba and I have been vindicated by the facts I exposed about Craig Youngs behaviour. His criminal record being 30 mm thick, all the wins in the Brisbane Magistrates Courts, The fines imposed on him as well as the payments made to me for suffering and abuse. Yet this Area Manager did nothing but blame me for everything. The Police just stonewalled, the Crime and Corruption Commission  repeats it was a Police matter. Mental Health was useless as well.
